[Users] Permalinkprovider possible bug

Hello Antoni,

unfortunately the example on the GeoExt website is broken at the moment,
but in my local SVN checkout the Permalink-Provider works fine, even
with zooming.
I added the example files to the mail, maybe this helps you.
