[Users] Print Module OutputFormats - Documentation? - GeoExt SimplePrint

Hi List,

Nice to meet and see some of you at FOSS4G in Denver!

There seems to be no documentation on outputFormats in print and I mean 
how to use them from client side JavaScript. There is a SimplePrint 
class in GeoExt but it doesn't seem to have anything on the output 
format that one wishes to get from the print module. As far as I 
understood from Jesse and reading the source, there are outputFormats in 
the MapFish print module and several are supported like PNG (through 
imagemagick). However, I don't know how to use them and what to send in 
the JSON from JavaScript to the print module. This might need to be 
documented better if it hasn't already.

Has one of you used a different output format in the print before? If 
yes, please enlighten me how.
