Hi Shariful,
I never used GeoServer, so I don't know how that could be
accomplished. If you used MapServer instead, I know there's PHP
MapScript you would use to connect to your mapfile layers, browse them
and build the json file to output from there. I'm fairly a similar
approach is possible using GeoServer. You could try asking about it on
their 'users' mailing list.
