[Users] Popup Bug

Hi Shadin.

Can you share some code or an online resource so we can have a look? Is 
the behaviour possibly reproducible on 
http://geoext.github.com/geoext2/examples/popup/popup.html (which isn't 
the newest code base, but close)?
