[Users] Printing google maps using geoext and geoserver

 Hi,
I'm having some difficulty printing the google maps layer using the
geoext and geoserver stack.
I'm using the google maps api v3 and have a premier account however
when I try to print I get a blank page.
I have configured my yaml file as per the following link.
http://mapfish.org/doc/print/configuration.html [1] 
In other words I have added map.google.com as a host however with
google maps api v3 I don't think there are no longer any keys so I
wasn't exactly sure how to configure the keys section.
Any help would be much appreciated.
