Do those terms of use apply even if you have a google maps premier api
license?
Within this mapfish documentation
(http://mapfish.org/doc/print/configuration.html) [1]
It reads as if you can print google map tiles however you need to
provide a key and a client id. However with the google maps api v3
you are no longer supplied with a key just a client id so I'm not sure
if the mapfish configuration still applies to v3 of the api or if at
all.

Hi,
the GMaps API Terms of Use don't allow you to print. If you only want
to print the map background, click on the Google logo in your map to
view the same extent in Google Maps, where you can print it.
