[Users] Select Feature using Geoext

Hello,

OpenLayers will be used to interact with feature in the map. Look for 
the highlight feature example:

http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/highlight-feature.html

See the following example for interaction in GeoExt:
http://api.geoext.org/1.1/examples/popup.js
