[Users] Creating Vector layers

Hi,

I am creating Points, lines and Polygons using the code provided in the
'recipes' and when I create the Vector Polygon, I am getting this error in
the developer console,

Error in event handler for 'undefined': INDEX_SIZE_ERR: DOM Exception 1
undefined

which is pointing to a file 'event_bindings:207'

What is causing this issue?
