[Users] WMSBrowser opacity in layers added

Hi Vidal,

   The WMSBrowser widget has it own events in which is included the 
"beforelayeradded" event.  You could.  It's fired before a new layer is 
added to the map.  You could listen to it to set the layer opacity 
property there.
