[Users] form styling

Hi,

I have used the example print-form.js to add a print form to a Ext.TabPanel. The functionality is mostly OK, but with Chrome and Firefox in Windows the combobox is a little pushed up on the right side and the dropdown arrow sits up and doesn't look right. Not being an ExtJS expert can someone help me fix the styling?

I also had to comment out some of the lines in getAbsoluteUrl in PrintProvider.js to get it to work with IE 10.
