Hey Dave,
Shame on me... I have a release on my schedule now for some months.
I will not make more promises about a release date but I can assure you that at least I haven't forgotten about it.
Personally I use many software packages fron their respective development branch, that I sometimes forget the need for fixed states of software.
I know of some people and companies that use geoext2 in its current state with success... So really I just need to find some time to get it released.
Thanks for you asking, anyway. I'll try to convince my boss on giving me some payed time in getting the release done.
