[Users] [WAS] GeoExt2 release plan

Hello,
The project mf-geoadmin3 https://github.com/geoadmin/mf-geoadmin3 is not
suppose to be used "as is". This is a specific application made for
map.geo.admin.ch.
I only wanted to indicate that this application has been developped with
the idea of share components in mind (
https://github.com/geoadmin/mf-geoadmin3/tree/master/src/components ) If
others consider that we could share work on such components, we would be
happy to extract them from their current repositories and put it where
appropriate.
Probably something that we can discuss during Foss4G.
