[Users] problem with internet explorer

Hi,

I've written my web app and it runs OK, but haven't been regularly 
testing on internet explorer. Now I tried it and its totally useless. If 
I click anywhere on the page other than the map panel IE opens a new 
empty tab and goes to it.

Using win7 and  ie10.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.
