[Users] Taken separately lists layers raster and vector

There is no way to do this using WMS.

I can see 2 approaches:

1) use an SLD WMS DescribeLayer request and see if the WMS layer is associated with a WCS or a WFS
2) use WFS and WCS GetCapabilities instead
