[Users] Heron beginning zoom level

Hi,

As Heron is based on GeoExt I think I can find some help from here.

My map's zoom slider shows 19 zoom levels. And ideal zoom level for me 
is 10. Is it possible the slider show 9 zoom levels starting from 10 to 19?
