[Users] GeoExt 2.1.0-beta.3 released

Hi all,

a third beta version of GeoExt 2.1.0 (v2.1.0-beta.3) [1] has just been
released. The release mainly contains the bugfix provided in PR #367 [2].

Please test and give feedback.
