[Users] Upgrading from GeoExt 2 to GeoExt 4

Hello everyone,

I'm upgrading to the latest version of GeoExt (from 2 to 4) and as I see
there are few classes and functions that don't exist anymore like:

GeoExt.data.LayerTreeModel
GeoExt.tree.Panel
GeoExt.tree.Util
GeoExt.tree.Util.updateLayerVisibilityByNode
GeoExt.data.ScaleStore

Why was it deleted and what can I use instead?
