I agree with Tim and his reasons not to use sf. And what would be the
benefit of using sf here? I think that people susceptible to use
GeoExt and download a release will easily find geoext.org. But maybe
I'm overlooking things and we do have good reasons to use it, it's
just that I can't see good reasons at this point.
