[Psc] Idea: GeoExt 3 codesprint

Hi Chris,

a good idea indeed. We would be very glad if such an event could take 
pace. I share your thoughts that the support for ol3 should come up next.

Please feel free to create a wiki page and do the organising stuff. 
Consider this an official approval of the PSC. We'll be helping 
whereever we can.

I'd first find a fixed date and location and then you can go on like you 
planned.
