[Psc] OSGeo Community Project / Budget Request

Hi all,

thank you Seth for bringing this up. I agree that a codesprint would be
a good idea. In addition to the mentioned issues first investigation on
how to upgrade to ExtJS v7 could also be a task when meeting physically
on a sprint.

Due to personal issues I am not able to come to Athens this year. We at
meggsimum can also offer our office as codesprint venue but I am also
happy with Bonn. The most important thing (IMHO) would be to find an
appropriate timeslot.

Due to budget: Has anyone an idea what would be an appropriate number we
can / should request?

Best regards
Chris
