[Users] ComboBox GeoExt

Hi,

I'm agree that the WMS COmboBox is a bit too specific. You can only use it
with a WMS layer.
And as Eric Lemoine says "it can easily be put together using the building
blocks
the lib already".
But even if it shouldn't be in the core lib, we can maybe think to have a
tutorial or a page where the contributor could expose their own widgets.
