People from OpenGeo have been working on a new web site and
documentation. And I think the documentation includes a GeoExt
tutorial. So yes, your WMS Capabilities combo could be described in a
tutorial, if it fits in the tutorial that's been started (I haven't
looked at the tutorial yet so I can't say). But in any way a
wmscapabilities-combo.html example in the GeoExt examples makes sense
to me.
