[Users] Bug in MapPanel + Google + vetor layer in Chrome

Hello list,

A few week ago I developped an application for GeoRezo Association. This is 
now in production here [1].

Unfortunately, Chrome show some strange behaviour when panning map: the vector 
layer don't move ecept if you pan the map with a click on the vector layer!

You can test it on this url [2]. Does someona have an advice about this 
strange behaviours?
