Hi,

I see that you are using http://extjs.cachefly.net/builds/ext-cdn-771.js
and jquery. This cannot work. ext-cdn-771.js is a custom build of Ext JS
2.2.1 which works for some of the GeoExt examples. And it includes
adapter/ext/ext-base.js. Instead, try a full build of Ext JS 2.2.1, and
use adapter/jquery/ext-base.js.

Regards,
Andreas.
