[Users] LegendPanel and Title

Hello
I think the pluging LEGENPANEL uses the NAME field of the configuration of
the layer of the mapfile. This field is not necessarily appropriate.
How used, for example, to configure the METADATA WMS_TILE title of legend?
How would you do?
