[Users] LegendPanel and Title

[Pierre Giraud]

The LegendPanel (actually the LayerLegend) doesn't read data from WMS itself.
The title is read from the LayerRecord, respectively from its "title"
or "name" or "layer.name" value.

How did you configure your layers ?
