[Users] Style and piechart

Another alternative to use pie charts as symbolizers  (only with 
OpenLayers without Ext) is to use the externalGraphic property of 
OpenLayers.Style with a context function that return a chart URL from 
Google Charts Api or Eastwood Charts.
