[Users] custom build tool

Hey-

I've added a custom build page to the website (for v0.6).

http://geoext.org/builder/v0.6.html

With this, you can choose just the components that your application uses 
and download a customized build of the GeoExt library.

As we put out additional releases, we'll add custom build pages for 
those as well.

Send a note to the dev list if you notice any issues with the build service.
