[Users] WMSCapabilitesStore with proxy

I haven't seen that proxy configuration for the capabilitiesStore, but I think that you still need a concrete url to explore.

I have set a default proxy to avoid third party access but you are talking about a specific proxy for the capabilities exploration, different from the default one right? 
I do not understand the purpose of this proxy... ?

I have done already a generic WMSCapabilities Explorer, so a text field for the url and a store for the capabilities, and also a button to add any layer you want to a treelayer, but to avoid proxy problems I added the wms url to the proxy allowed hosts list and then it worked fine.

If you want to explore a different wms then you will use a different wms/url and your proxy will not allow it, so I think that there is a way to avoid that from happen, you could modify your proxy in order to allow any url.

  I'm trying to create a "generic" WMSLayerAdder so that any url may be 
inputed.  I see that WMSCapabilitiesStore can have a 'proxy' object set 
instead of an 'url' but don't really understand how this is supposed to 
work.  Any clue ?
