[Users] Question about LayerList example

That confused me at first as well.
There is some magic in that.
If the tree loader is not given a layer store or a map, then it calls a
static method on GeoExt.MapPanel that returns the first MapPanel in the
document and it then uses that MapPanel's layerstore as the store for the
tree loader.
