[Users] Modify Feature

Hi Vidal,

   "afterfeaturemodified" and "featuremodified" are 
OpenLayers.Layer.Vector events, so you need to do :

         vectorLayer.events.on({

             "afterfeaturemodified": handleMeasurement,

             "featuremodified": handleMeasurements

         });
